What do we do with your data?
When you visit our website, request information through our website or contact us by phone, email or social media, we document personal data of you. We use this data to be able to contact you, to fulfil your request for information, to inform you about our services, for relationship management, to improve our website and services and to conduct market research. Your personal data will only be processed, if you have given us permission to do so or if this is necessary:

Annual checks are made to ensure that all data that is still stored is necessary for the purposes linked to them. If this is no longer the case, they are deleted. SpendLab complies whenever a statutory retention period applies.
What data do we process?
SpendLab collects personal data which you provide to us and which we obtain through third parties (such as Google Analytics) or from public sources (such as social media or the trade register). For all data obtained, we only process personal data that is needed for one of the aforementioned purposes.
Is your data safe with us?
SpendLab makes every possible effort to make sure that your data is kept secure. Appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures are put in place to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your data, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data.
Will your data be transferred?
SpendLab may share your personal information with other SpendLab affiliated companies. Furthermore, SpendLab engages with third parties in the performance of its business activities, such as, but not limited to, service providers in the areas of mail delivery, website management, hosting, automation, software delivery, marketing, social media, financial, administrative, tax or legal support, insurance, facilities management, and/or certification. SpendLab may also share your personal information with these (affiliated) third parties if required to do so by applicable laws and regulations.
We ensure that the processing is done in accordance with applicable laws and regulations whenever these third parties process your data. Between SpendLab and these third parties processing agreement are put into place. As SpendLab engages with third parties for the processing of data, which may process personal data outside the EU (for example, because the used servers are located outside the EU), SpendLab will ensure that the authorized processors ensure an equivalent level of privacy protection.
What happens to your visitor data?
Our website uses Google Analytics and Pardot to analyse visitor data. We use cookies to perform analyses concerning the use of this website by users. This enables us to learn about your IP address, the web page you visited, your click and browsing habits, the Internet browser you use and the duration of your visit or session. Based on these analyses, we can enhance our website and thus our services. The information we obtain is anonymized as much as possible.

If, despite all care taken by SpendLab, you believe that we are not acting or have not acted in accordance with the law, we would highly appreciate it if you first communicate this complaint to us. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the complaint and resolve the concerns as thorough as possible.
